1. How do I know that my transaction and personal information is secure when placing an online    order?

We guarantee our tickets as well as allow you to purchase tickets in a trusted and secure environment. 2. Is there a service charge applied to my order?

We apply a 10% service charge to every order to help us recover some of the costs associated with processing your order and ensuring that your genuine tickets reach you in a timely manner.

3. What happens once I have placed my order?

Once we receive your order you will receive an online receipt sent to the email address you have provided as part of your order. We will then begin to process your order and alert you as to when your tickets will be shipped and when you should expect to receive them. Since tickets are a one of kind item and not replaceable, we make every attempt to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders, so when an order is received by our office either online or by phone, we may ask for additional verification for your protection. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address of the credit card, you will need to return a delivery authorization form we will provide to you via email or fax, along with a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card. In certain other situations you may be asked to sign a delivery authorization form as well.

As with any industry, fraud causes higher prices. In an effort to protect our customers from higher prices and illegal use of their credit card, we have implemented these extra precautionary procedures as part of our loss prevention policy. If we need you to complete a Delivery Authorization form, we will email or fax it to you based on the information you have provided to us. The ticket shipment will be processed and delivered before the date of the event you have purchased. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding and cooperation.

4.  How are the tickets delivered?

Most of our tickets will be delivered to you via Federal Express. The tickets must ship to the same address as the billing address on your credit card. For events within a few days of the show or game the tickets may be emailed to you, or picked up at will call. Tickets shipped may be either traditional stub tickets (often referred to as "hard tickets") or the tickets may be printed out from a "print at home" ticket from the supplying broker. In either case your ticket is backed by our 100% price protection guarantee.

5.  When is my Credit Card charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon confirmation of the order. While we try our best to process your orders right away, in general it can take up to 1 business day to charge your card. NOTE: We do not accept credit cards over emails. To purchase tickets through credit card please visit our website and click on the "purchase ticket" button next to your desired tickets and fill out all the required information.

6.  I ordered tickets on SuperFanTickets.com but have not yet received confirmation. Has my order been received?

Due to a wrong e-mail address or other reasons, it is possible that you did not receive a confirmation. Please contact us and provide your complete name, the date of your order and the event. We will then inform you if your order was received or not.

7.  What costs does the listed ticket price include?

We are proud to charge some of the lowest service charges and ticket prices on the secondary ticket market. These charges reflect the costs associated with online sales and are dependent on the price of the ticket. In addition to the listed price, shipping charges will also apply. Prices stated on SuperFanTickets.com do not include any state or other local taxes that may apply to the User's order. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated.

8.  When will I receive my tickets?

Most orders are processed the same business day in which they are received. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day. However, for certain events, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment. Tickets will be shipped when available, and choice of an expedited delivery method does not guarantee that tickets will be shipped immediately. If circumstances mean we are unable to post them to you in time, we will make alternative arrangements for you to collect your tickets at the venue. If you have not received your tickets a week before an event, or 2 days before an event where tickets have been booked within 2 weeks of an event, please contact us by phone at 888-881-3260 and provide us with your order number.

9.  Why are the seat-numbers not listed?

Unfortunately, the holding brokers do not allow us to have the exact seat numbers. We are only given row and section info. You might find out the seat numbers by contacting us by phone and talking to one of our sales representatives.

10.  Are most seats together?

Seats are always together for any sort of event (unless otherwise specifically stated in the listed ticket description). However, at some venues some seats are consecutive. For instance, seats 2, 4, and 6 may be consecutive. Please check the seat map on our web page or contact the venue directly to determine the venue's seat configuration.

11.  What are the accepted forms of payment?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept credit cards over emails. Additionally, checks or money orders are also not accepted.

12.  What if my event is cancelled/postponed?

In the event of a postponement, rainout, or any other reschedule of the original event date, please retain your tickets to be used on the new date. Refunds and exchanges are not available for postponed events. All cancelled events with no reschedule date will be entitled to a refund of the face value on the ticket less delivery charges, or a store credit for the full amount of the purchase less delivery charges once the original tickets are returned to our office. The original tickets must be returned for a refund or store credit not more than 30 days past the performance date and if they are not returned, then no refund or store credit will be given. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please refer to our privacy policy for complete information.

14.  What is your policy on refunds?

All sales are final; there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds. SuperFanTickets has implemented this policy because tickets are a one of a kind item that cannot be replaced once issued. In some instances we are able to sell your tickets for you, which will allow you to recover a portion of the money spent on the original purchase, but the service and shipping fee are non-refundable. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, User will need to contact us for a refund. We may require the User to return the supplied tickets at User's expense before receiving any refund. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

15.  What if I lose my tickets?

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be refunded. We cannot issue new tickets under any circumstances. Please keep them in a secure location. Please keep in mind that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.

16.  What is will call?

Most event venues have a special section of the box office known as the 'will call' window. It is at this window that customers may pick up their pre purchased tickets on the day of the event.
